Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at this hotel was incredibly relaxing, particularly with the onsen and stunning views of Mt. Fuji during our visit. The facilities were expansive, making it a great location for families, though getting around the area can be a bit tricky without a taxi. The dining options at the hotel were a bit pricey, but we enjoyed the quality of the food overall.
I had a lovely stay at the Hyatt in Hakone, surrounded by beautiful nature and with spacious rooms that provided a unique traditional experience. The amenities, including the onsen and various dining options, were excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. However, while the staff was friendly, their service could be improved, and there were issues regarding food allergies that left a bit of a sour note during our dining experience.
My stay at this resort spa was absolutely delightful! The service was outstanding, especially the personalized attention we received from the staff. I loved how they communicated with us even before our arrival, and the shuttle service was incredibly convenient. The onsen was a great way to relax after a long journey. However, while the dining options were solid, I wish there had been more variety in the menu. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return.
Staying at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall, thanks to the excellent facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast provided a good variety, though it was a bit chaotic during busy times. While the shuttle service was a great convenience, I do wish there were more frequent runs. The location is beautiful, nestled in nature, but be prepared for a bit of a trek uphill when returning from nearby restaurants.
The hotel offers a peaceful and cozy retreat in the mountains, featuring spacious rooms and a delightful dining experience, though the accessibility could be a challenge. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, but dinner can be a bit pricey. Overall, a great experience for those seeking relaxation and stunning views.
